Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Stylist Award (the "Platform"), operated by Stylist Award, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, submit nominations, or cast votes. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Professionals may claim a nominee profile that represents them by completing our verification process. Submitting false information, impersonating another professional, or claiming a profile you are not authorized to represent is prohibited and may result in removal from the Platform.

Stylist Award is a community-driven recognition program. Recognition, badges, milestones, and downloadable materials are provided for professional display and are not endorsements or guarantees of quality, safety, or professional licensure.

Voting is intended to reflect authentic community support. You agree not to (a) cast duplicate votes, (b) use automated systems to influence results, (c) offer or accept consideration in exchange for votes, or (d) otherwise manipulate the outcome of any recognition cycle. We may invalidate votes, disqualify nominees, or suspend accounts that violate this section.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Platform;
• collect information about other users without consent; or
• circumvent security or access controls.

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Stylist Award, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Stylist Award, its users, or third parties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylist Award, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
