Eligible Products
This policy applies to Recognition Rewards — plaques, prints, and professionally produced display items — offered through Stylist Award. Digital badges and downloadable materials from the Recognition Kit are not covered by this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not guaranteed because items are produced to order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to review. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged Products
If a Recognition Reward arrives damaged, please email support@stylistaward.com within 14 days with photographs of the damage and the shipping packaging.
Production Errors
If an item is produced with a typographical or production error caused by Stylist Award or our production partner, we will replace the item at no charge.
Replacement Process
Approved replacements ship using standard delivery. In some cases we may offer a partial refund in lieu of replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalized items, custom engraved items, and items ordered with buyer-approved typographical errors are non-refundable except in cases of damage or production defect.
