Types of Requests
You may submit a request to:
- correct inaccurate personal or profile information;
- delete your account and associated personal information;
- remove a nominee profile that represents you;
- update the contact email associated with your account;
- change your communication preferences; or
- ask a general privacy question.
How to Submit a Request
Email support@stylistaward.com from the address associated with your account. Include the type of request and any information needed to identify the profile or record involved.
Verification
To protect your account we verify the identity of the requester before making changes. Verification may include confirming the request from the account email or, for claimed profiles, additional identity checks.
Response Process
Requests are reviewed in the order received. We aim to acknowledge new requests within 5 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, in which case we will keep you informed.
What We Retain
Some information — such as votes cast, audit records, and legal or financial records — may be retained after account deletion to preserve the integrity of the recognition program and to meet legal obligations. Retained records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Communication Preferences
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. Transactional messages related to your account, claims, and votes will continue.
