Recognition Program Rules.

The Recognition Journey is a guided series of milestones a nominee completes — from claiming a profile, to completing a professional presence, to earning community recognition. Milestones unlock as the underlying actions are completed.

Recognition Activity is a chronological record of a nominee's meaningful accomplishments on the Platform. It is visible to the nominee and used to reinforce progress.

The Recognition Kit contains the badges, links, and downloadable materials a claimed nominee may use to display and share their recognition. Materials are intended for professional use to represent authentic status on Stylist Award.

Unclaimed profiles are visible for nomination and voting purposes. Claimed profiles unlock the full Recognition Journey, Recognition Kit, and analytics.

Nominees may share their profile and encourage authentic community support. Purchased votes, coerced votes, or automated votes violate program rules and may result in vote removal or disqualification.

Recognition Rewards are optional, professionally produced items a recognized nominee may use to display their status. Rewards do not confer additional program standing.

Contest participation is governed by the Voting Rules and Nomination & Eligibility Rules.

Winners are recognized in their category and market at the close of each contest cycle. Recognition does not constitute a professional endorsement, guarantee of quality, or verification of licensure.

Recognized professionals are expected to maintain lawful, respectful, and professional conduct on and off the Platform. Serious misconduct may result in removal.

The community is expected to nominate and vote honestly, without harassment, and without attempting to influence outcomes through fraud or coercion.

Stylist Award may modify program rules, structure, and features to improve the recognition experience. Material changes will be reflected in this document with an updated effective date.
