Nomination & Eligibility Rules.

Nominees are added through public nomination submissions and through curated data imports intended to ensure meaningful coverage in each market and category.

Some nominee profiles are seeded from publicly available professional information. Imported profiles remain unclaimed until the professional they represent completes the claim and verification process.

Professionals may claim a nominee profile that represents them. Claims require identity and role verification. Only one claimant may be recognized as the profile owner.

Nominees must be active, licensed (where applicable), and in good standing in one of the approved Stylist Award categories. Nominees may be reviewed at any time to confirm continuing eligibility.

Stylist Award currently recognizes Hair Stylist, Hair Salon, Colorist, and Extensionist. Additional categories may be added in the future.

Recognition is organized geographically by State, County, and City. Nominees appear in the market that most accurately reflects where they practice.

To be eligible for contest results, a nominee must have a claimed and verified profile, be in the correct category and market, and remain in good standing throughout the voting period.

A professional may request removal of their profile at any time by contacting claims@stylistaward.com. Requests are verified before removal.

Requests to correct a category, market, business name, or associated details may be submitted through the profile owner's dashboard once claimed, or by contacting support.

A verified claim establishes ownership. Ownership may be transferred only through the documented transfer process, initiated by the current profile owner.

Stylist Award reviews nominations, claims, and corrections. We may decline, modify, or reverse any change to preserve the accuracy and integrity of the recognition program.
