Orders are confirmed by email and enter the production queue once payment is received and any personalization details are approved.
Production Timelines
Recognition Rewards are produced to order. Typical production takes 5–10 business days, depending on the item and volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship from our production partner using standard ground carriers within the United States. Expedited options may be available at checkout when supported.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery within the continental United States is typically 3–7 business days after production. Estimates are provided for planning and are not guaranteed.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, please contact support@stylistaward.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments are handled under our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
International shipping is not offered at this time. When international shipping becomes available, customs, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customer Responsibilities
Please confirm that the shipping address, business name, and personalization details on the order are correct before approving production. We are not responsible for items shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
